INSURANCE COVERAGE AND DIRECT PAYMENT OPTIONS
Many people use their insurance to pay for their medical needs including therapy. Some people prefer to pay out of pocket. Please inquire with questions about these forms of payments. There are benefits to both. Know that insurance companies require a diagnosis for psychotherapy to be paid. If you have a diagnosis this will be discussed with you and I will answer any questions you have. However, if you object to the medical model and do not want to have a therapeutic diagnosis on your record, private pay may be a good option.
Payments, including co-pays and co-insurance amounts, can be made using credit or debit cards, or by cash or check.
All sales are final. Because how do you return therapy? It really is the gift that keeps on giving.
When you schedule, you are given a specific time and space to meet. with This is YOUR time that is being held specifically for YOU. Therefore, if you need to cancel your appointment, please notify your therapist at least 24 hours in advance.
*Please note: Your insurance will not pay for the missed session fee and you will be personally responsible for that amount charged. Thank you for your understanding.
